As such, to help our hot tub owners get the utmost enjoyment from their products, we offer a variety of care plans so you have peace of mind that your hot tub is well-taken care of and you will incur no major, one-off bills.
The service we offer not only keeps your hot tub in peak condition but it can also help us to efficiently plan the servicing and maintenance throughout the year, keeping your overall expenditure down. It also means your costs are spread across a year so you can more easily manage your finances.
With our carefully designed maintenance and care packages starting from as little as £13.99, you can be confident you are getting a great deal while benefitting from our extensive knowledge and experience.
Listed below is the 3 types of packages we offer and their details.
Care Plan Packages
Silver: £13.99 per month (just under £168 per year!)
This includes:- - all labour
- -Some problems can be time-consuming to solve, such as finding a leak. Having all labour included in the - package offers fantastic peace of mind that there will be no huge additional costs
- - call-out charges
- - mileage
GOLD: £33.49 per month (just over £400 per year!)
This includes:
- all labour
- - call-out charges
- - mileage
- - 100% parts supplied - so you are covered if even the most expensive parts malfunction
PLATINUM: £41.99 per month (just over £500 per year representing excellent value for money)
This includes:
-all labour
- call-out charges
- 100% parts supplied
- annual service
This standard of care covers nearly every unexpected major and minor expense that could be incurred from your hot tub.
Hot Tub Specialist plans ensure your hot tub works perfectly as we clean, maintain and protect your hot tub so you don’t have to worry about any problems occurring when you use it or invite friends and family over to enjoy it with you.
We even make sure your hot tubs and spas are protected against wear and tear and the elements. Every service level is available all year round and if you do not use your hot tub / spa at all during the winter months, we will ‘winterise’ the unit for you free of charge. This will prevent frost and ice from damaging it.
Before a contract is signed we carry out a free survey to check that your hot tub/spa is in an appropriate condition for us to give you a care plan and we can also advise you on the best level of cover to suit your requirements. We can also offer our expertise if there are any repairs which need to be executed before the care plan is signed.
These services vastly reduce the probability of faults occurring with your spas.
We have created three standards of care plan which we have thoughtfully devised in order to suit the varying needs of our customers.

Warranties
A warranty is often an overlooked but important element in a hot tub purchase. After all, a hot tub is a quite a major investment. You should try and make certain that your investment is well-protected during its lifetime.
We have different levels of warranties available to our customers and we can advise you of the warranty which will give you the most appropriate cover for your hot tub to suit you. Depending on if you wish for full or part cover, we can provide an appropriate service for you.
We also provide service packages
We also provide a full inspection and service with our service plans. Here at the Hot Tub Specialists we recommend that you have your spa serviced at least once a year. That way, your hot tub/spa maintains its condition and you know that it is safe and bacteria-free.

We comprehensively and thoroughly check your hot tub and spa when conducting our services and look for things such as leaks, heating, electrical and plumbing problems to ensure your spa is in tip top condition.
