Hot tubs and spas are incredibly relaxing and very enjoyable until a fault appears. But do not worry because Hot Tub Specialists is here to help!

At Hot Tub Specialists we can boast more than 25 years worth of experience. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and can repair every make and model of hot tub in the market; UK, international, portable, built-in spas and hot tubs, private units and also commercial equipment. Each one of our experienced technicians is fully trained in the work they do and are accredited to repair and service equipment and components found in all different kinds of hot tubs and spas.

Despite the fact that well-maintained and good quality hot tubs rarely develop faults or problems, because of the many parts which they contain and need in order to function properly sometimes components do fail. We understand the inconvenience and disappointment when hot tubs and spas break down and we always aim to get your hot tub fixed as soon as possible and with the minimum disturbance. So if you come home after a long day and get ready to relax in your spa or hot tub only to find the water is cold, not bubbling or just does not seem to work at all, you can rest assured that our repair service will have you back in your steaming tub in no time!

We are committed to keeping the costs down for you and regularly review our charges and ensure they are competitive while also maintaining our high standard of service, expert advice and customer care, providing you with the best value for your money.

There is a wide variety of hot tubs and spas sold throughout the UK and we have parts already in stock ready for when problems occur. Therefore in most cases our engineers can fix your hot tub on site in the first visit. If for any reason this proves to be impossible, we can source nearly any part through our reliable stockists and will order the necessary equipment and return to your property as soon as possible.

Hot tubs are complicated products made up of multiple parts such as pumps, sensors, jets, heaters, printed circuit boards and many more intricate parts and joints. As such, there are numerous problems which can occur with your spa or hot tub so to ensure you receive the correct diagnosis it is important you seek advice from experienced engineers who understand spas and hot tubs, the common and unusual faults which can happen and all the right knowledge and apparatus to fix your product efficiently.

Not only do we offer an excellent hot tub repair service but we can also provide quotes for replacing parts, maintenance and many other services.

We repair all makes and models of hot tubs and spas whether they were built in the UK or internationally, are commercial or private or are built-in or portable.

Avoiding faults developing with your hot tub and spa
It is very beneficial to have a full service if your spa is nearing the end of its warranty to minimise the chances of it breaking down but we always advise our clients to invest in servicing and maintenance to avoid the need for repairs, just as you would with a car.

We recommend that you have your spa serviced at least once a year so that it maintains its condition and we can give you peace of mind by offering you a full inspection and service for your spa or hot tub. However, if your hot tub does malfunction in any way, we can take care of it so you can start enjoying it again as soon as possible.
We offer three competitively priced and extensive spa service and maintenance programmes so please see our service page for more information.

How we fix your spa or hot tub
When you call us or email us with your enquiry we will begin by trying to determine the problem over the phone as many issues can be solved without us visiting your home or business.

If the fault is more complicated and requires a visit to the spa and hot tub site, we can offer either an emergency call-out or scheduled call-out option. The emergency call-out option is the more expensive we offer but takes into account our immediate response.

When we visit your home or business address we conduct a check of your spa or hot tub before diagnosing the problem which we will fix on the spot as quickly as possible depending on whether we have the correct parts. Our technicians are experienced, trained and very adept at finding and fixing faults and also keep a stock of major and minor parts for a wide variety of hot tubs and spas.
