Warranties
A warranty is often an overlooked but important element in a hot tub purchase. After all, a hot tub is a major investment and you should try and make certain that your investment is well protected during the lifetime of its use.
We have different levels of warranties available of our customers. We can advise you of the warranty which will be most appropriate cover your will want for your Hot Tub to suit you. Depending on if you wish for full or part cover we can provide an appropriate service for you.
Spa Moves and Relocation
Are you moving home or have you bought a second-hand hot tub?
Prices are low meaning moving your spa is the least of your problems. When we move your spa we use specially designed apparatus ensuring no damage and minimal effort.
After we have moved your hot tub / spa, we can install and re-commission it, and even provide a mini-service if required.

We specialise in hot tub / spa servicing, repairs and maintenance, and also regularly carry out installation of new spas, relocation of existing ones, system upgrades, spare parts, hot tub sales and any technical advice you need.
We offer service and maintenance programs which are available for all types of hot tubs / spas. You may have been the unwitting ‘victim’ of another hot tub dealer or supplier without our credentials and experience, leaving you with a poorly-functioning or broken down hot tub. If so, we are here to help, and we truly are the specialists!
We have over 25 years combined experience in our team of staff with experience of many suppliers and dealers across the world.
We can obtain spares and provide a repair service. We offer free quotations upon request. Please contact us for more information.
Repairs and Breakdowns
If your hot tub / spa suffers a breakdown or is in need of repair, we can help. We aim to get it up and running again as quickly and efficiently as possible, and also to keep the costs down for you. We have over 25 years combined experience in our team, with all the expert advice that you need, so your peace of mind is assured.
It’s sometimes a good idea to have a full service if your spa is nearing the end of its warranty to minimise the chances of it breaking down. But it is always advisable to invest in servicing and maintenance to avoid the need for repairs, just as you would with a car. Rest assured, however, that if your hot tub does malfunction in any way, we can take care of it so you can start enjoying it again as soon as possible.
We have parts in stock for you in most cases so our engineers can fix your hot tub on site. If for any reason that proves to be impossible, we will order and return with the relevant parts as soon as possible.
